Hi all,
I know i haven't been updating much cuz been lazy and summer was pretty hectic so yeah.. I try to blog in my blogger but i can't. i dunno why! so weird. So, i finish summer exams like last thursday and start skool this monday. Its the final semester and i'm pretty worried about it and also my summer exam results. I keep worrying abt my finance and i kinda have a pretty bad feeling about it. so anyhoots, i'll recap my summer thou it's still kinda summer ish here but i tell ya.. Melby is so weird, afternoon so friggin hot then at night, it's like freezing.
So.. anyway.. i'll prolly start with valentine's day. Hmm.. let's see it was sorta what i didn't have in mind. I actually dreamt it might be a disney romantic kinda day but it din happen cuz both of us had exams and we're rushing to prepare for it. I kept telling myself that exams are more imp that this day because we can celebrate it anytime and we'll be even happier if we get good results. Thou i was abit down for awhile but then my shen make it one of the best nights still. We didn't have fancy dinner but we have lotsa yummy food. Then we study for abit (not really) hahahah then after that we dressed up and went to crown and took pictures!!!
Everyone walking towards crown and back from crown looks so good. Every ladies were carrying flowers and have smiles on their faces. When me and Shen were walking towards crown, this couple asked ask to take a pix for them. I tell ya, they look really like they're meant for each other. Even Shen had the same feeling cuz of prolly the way they act. I think they're sooooo sweet! hehe The atmosphere feels really nice. I was in a mellow mood and most of all i was just really trying to make Shen feel happier. =p
Next was the 30th night of CNY! i was feeling really emotional and sorta missing home. But this year i can't celebrate CNY cuz of my grandma. So anyway the original plan was to have dinner with lotsa ppl but since everyone had exams and it was also because i have exams in two days time. So me and Shen had dinner together in Box hill. The food was soooooooooo yummyyyyyy i'm craving for it again. I think i'm getting the hang of eating dem chinese food. hehehe so we had two dishes, one of them is this spicy lamb with lotsa sauce ( i dunno what are they) and this bean dish for our vege. Then after that we walk around abit in box hill then took the train back to the city. Orignally the plan was i was to studyyyyy hahahah but thennnnnnnn... Shen lives very near to china town and i heard fire crackers crackling and lion dance and my feet starts to itch and Shen ask, do i wanna go and see, and i couldn't say NO! hahahahahahah See how much i was procrastinating! Yeah so anyway b4 we walked to china town, i called home and talk to my mummy and started crying.. =P i miss home bahhhh.. it's my first time being away from home for so long okay!!!!!
I miss my family so much still. I miss CNY feeling in Brunei. Then after Shen called home as well then we walked to China Town. OooOOo Lion danceeeee.. but yeah i didn't feel CNY cuz mabye it's so different. I dunno or mabye cuz my family's not around. =( The next day, me and Shen decide to go to the libary to study and it was on the 1st day of CNY and i have exam the next day. HOW SAD!!!! I HAFTA STUDY DURING CNY! Which makes me no MOOD at all! I was feeling abit grumpy and iffy just wasn't motivated enuff. Me and Shen wore "red" tee hahahahah but guess what, nobody told me i wasn't suppoed to wear "RED" this year.. Aiyooo.. My bad.. So yeah anyway in the library, i couldn't focus at all, my mind was sumplace else. Sigh... I hope i do well for my exams.
Anyway i'm gonna fast forward it to the day when i hang out with Rina, cuz i'm gonna go to bed. Got uni tomolo! hehe So yeah Rina just came from Goldcoast and studying in Monash for her masters. The poor girl has trouble with accomodation. yeah it's really hard to find accomodation here especially in the city unless you're willing to pay alot for it or have high income. But yeah i went out with rina to shop in supre but there wasnt much. Me and Shen's housemate took her around flinders and swanston. After that, we have "Pho" which is vietnamse noodles. Its one of my fav food here. Then during the night we went to crown to walk around cuz it was pretty late alrdy. hehe We did so much walking. Then yesterday me and Rina met up again and we had dinner in Nelayan which is an indonesian restaurant but the food isn't that good as the one in clayton. The one is clayton, the rendang is SUPER YUMMY and super spicy! I really miss it! They made the best avacado smoothie too.
What else? hmm.. this blog is too long.. so imma cont' another time.. heheh I'm off to bed now.. Good night.. Much love to my sisters.
